For years many of the Dance Unlimited Family did not know this wonderful woman’s name. She cheerfully and proudly answered when they called “Grandma”. Virginia Kovach was the ultimate role model and complete optimist. Optimists have faith in the future, whatever it holds. Faith is unquestioning belief, complete trust, confidence and loyalty. Her faith showed in her favorite saying; “when you don’t get what you want it is because God has something better planned for you.”
She taught us that we must believe in ourselves, she did this by believing in us. She taught us to have faith in the future; she did this by never giving up on us in the present. She taught us trust by never letting go of our hands when we needed her. By knowing what we were ready to experience, she helped us gain self-confidence. By being loyal to us, she taught us to trust and by trusting us she taught us to be loyal.
Virginia never held back on her love, service or attention to anyone, family, and friends, even strangers. During her life here on earth she would never have let us honor her in this way, claiming that she just did what God puts us on earth to do – serve. I know she would share this honor with each of you, who have given or sacrificed in some way in order that another might follow their dream.
Each Dance Unlimited Dancer on the evening of their final performance of their senior year in high school will receive this college scholarship. These scholarships will be based on the student’s service to others, dedication, mentorship, accomplishments, participation, citizenship, and perseverance. Scholarships will begin in the amount of $200 each with the potential of increasing to $1500.

A special letter to each of the Dance Unlimited Graduates; It has been a few years since you last danced on the Dance Unlimited stage! But you have not been forgotten and I speak of youoften. Since your years of graduation from high school I know that you have studied different programs in college and vocationally.
Perhaps you have heard of the college scholarship honoring my mother for all that she did to support each of us as we worked toward our dreams. Because we do not have a Dance Unlimited 2007 Graduate we are awarding a $200 scholarship to every former Dance Unlimited graduate. Should you no longer be in a program of study, the $200 can be donated to a charity of your choosing.
I’m sure if you had an opportunity to visit with the students at Dance Unlimited you would have tons of information to share. I want every student dancing at the studio to know that someday the time that they spent at Dance Unlimited will help them in whatever they endeavor. You have heard me say (more times than you wanted to hear it) “we are not just learning about dance, what you learn here will carry you through some rough situations in the future.” I hope that you are continuing to take part in community service and remember, “God didn’t make you that beautiful, intelligent and talented just for your own use!”
God bless you tons,
Love,
Zorene
